1. Returns & Refunds Policy

At Traditions Mall, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide an exchange facility under specific conditions. Please review the following terms carefully to ensure your eligibility for exchanges.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchange for products under the following conditions:

• Exchange is not available for discounted products. This applies to both Online and Outlet Purchases.
• Exchange window: You have 3 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange for eligible catalog products.
• Delivery Issues: If you face any issues with delivery or with online purchased products, please contact us immediately via Facebook Messenger or our hotline number.
• One-time exchange only: Only one exchange per product is permitted.
• Product Inspection: Please inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel. Any complaints about the product made after successful delivery will not be accepted.
• Product Type Restrictions: Women’s wear cannot be exchanged for men’s wear, and men’s wear cannot be exchanged for women’s wear.
• Branch-Specific Purchases: Products purchased from one branch cannot be exchanged at another branch.
• Price Difference: If the exchanged product costs more than the original one, you will need to pay the price difference at the time of exchange.
• Exchange Channels: Products purchased online will be exchanged through online channels, and products purchased in-store will be exchanged at the showroom.

3. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. The shipping charges and any potential damages incurred during the return process are at your own expense.

4. Product Availability

• While we strive to keep our catalog up-to-date, availability of items may vary. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternative options.

5. Order Processing

All orders will be processed based on availability and can take up to 24 hours for confirmation after purchase. If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you directly.

6. Payment Terms

By placing an order with Traditions Mall, you agree to the prices listed at the time of purchase. All payments are to be made at the time of order, and we accept various payment methods as stated during the checkout process.
