2. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchange for products under the following conditions:

  • Exchange is not available for discounted products. This applies to both Online and Outlet Purchases.
  • Exchange window: You have 3 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange for eligible catalog products.
  • Delivery Issues: If you face any issues with delivery or with online purchased products, please contact us immediately via Facebook Messenger or our hotline number.
  • One-time exchange only: Only one exchange per product is permitted.
  • Product Inspection: Please inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel. Any complaints about the product made after successful delivery will not be accepted.
  • Product Type Restrictions: Women’s wear cannot be exchanged for men’s wear, and men’s wear cannot be exchanged for women’s wear.
  • Branch-Specific Purchases: Products purchased from one branch cannot be exchanged at another branch.
  • Price Difference: If the exchanged product costs more than the original one, you will need to pay the price difference at the time of exchange.
  • Exchange Channels: Products purchased online will be exchanged through online channels, and products purchased in-store will be exchanged at the showroom.
